Gradations of Consciousness
Dr David R Hawkins, one of my favorite Spiritual Teachers, in this video is (as LifeOM said) explaining non duality in a linear way, and how polarity does not exist.

Dr Hawkins discusses the presence of God, the presence of Love, and how it is present in different qualities/quantities in each level of consciousness. On the last call with aboutSpirit.com online book clubs spiritual studies the discussion was on Power vs Force, Chapter 4, Levels of Human Consciousness. It was such an interesting topic that we didn’t finish discussing the chapter. So next call we will start with level 500.

5 Minute Energy Enhancement Routine Video

Chapter 2 in Power vs Force talks about resetting the thymus gland. Exposure to stress, depression or negative energy will give confusing test results in kinesiology.  The “Thymus Thump” technique given in Ch 2 is: with clenched fists, pound over the thymus gland in a rhythmic way while smiling, thinking of someone you love and at each thump say ha-ha-ha. This technique should bring about the resumption of thymic dominance.

This video is from Donna Eden. It is her 5 minute energy routine. She shows several exercises for energy enhancement including thymus thumping. There are 6 steps to this routine.

Interesting Note:
According to wikipedia Donna Eden conceived and trademarked the term “Energy Kinesiology” to describe a process of using muscle testing for detecting and correcting imbalances in the body.
